Your safety and well-being remains our highest priority. We truly believe in the ancient Indian saying:
“Atithi Devo Bhava” – “Guest is God”.
We fully understand that you may be experiencing stress and disruption during this global pandemic situation with travel restrictions and canceled or postponed public events. We would like to inform you that we are constantly monitoring the situation and adapting all required measures as advised by the National and local authorities. We also follow WHO guidelines.
Following are some of the actions that we have implemented to provide a safe and clean environment:
● Our team members have been well trained with regards to the safety equipment and newly
reformed precautionary steps.
● We ensure that our employees are sent on leave if they show even the slightest symptoms.
● We are regularly disinfecting the entire area of the resort including all rooms.
● We have increased the cleaning frequency at our establishment,
especially the common areas and
common washrooms.
● It is mandatory for all our members of our staff to wear masks and gloves all the time.
● While checking in, we check the temperature & oxygen levels of all our guests.
● We have placed hand sanitizers at a regular distance throughout the property as well as in the
guest rooms and common areas.
Beyond these measures, we would sincerely appreciate your co-operation, with regard to preventing the
spread of the coronavirus. If you experience flu-like symptoms and need an appointment with a doctor while you are on our premises, please let us know immediately.
Our property / terrain is spread in a huge area with plenty of trees, water reservoirs, small hills which makes the area pollution-free.
However, at the same time, it’s an invitation to small wild creatures like
Scorpio, flies, serpents , etc.
Following are some of the actions that we have implemented to try to reduce
the risk of attacking wild creatures:
● We have done plantation of snake repellant trees such as marigold, lemongrass , etc.
● Spraying the area with a special chemical which prevents the movement of snakes in the nearby area.
Beyond the measures taken above, guests are expected to take care of themselves and not tease these creatures. They may attack our Guests. In case of occurrence of such event, First Aid will be provided by the Management immediately. Please respect our natural environment. Anyone abusing wildlife in
the resort area will be evicted.
We look forward to welcoming you back soon.
